Children in "The Village" go on a pilgrimage when they come of age. Daisy wonders why some of the pilgrims do not return. Daisy heads to "The Origin", a term used by the village people to refer to Earth, to find the missing pilgrims and discover the secrets of her village.

Valenta reluctantly executes search warrant and weapon is found, but it is immediately clear that the old Professor became the victim of misunderstandings or possible fraud.
