Overview

At the end of the Qing Dynasty, most of the people in the city contracted strange diseases. He Miao, who cares about the fate of the country, hopes that Zhang Xiaozhi will help him to get the treasure in the underwater underground palace. But several other forces started a big fight in order to obtain the treasures of the underground palace.
