When Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil come to New York City to pick up their share of a heist score, Oleg steals a video camera and starts filming their activities, both legal and illegal. She becomes frightened and calls the police. Sargent Clifford comes to Jill's aid in solving the mystery of the phone calls. Together they find the origin of the phone calls and discover they are coming from inside the house!
