Overview

Landed on the moon, Capt. John Anderson and his fellow astronauts quickly find their mission threatened – first by the disappearance of two team members, then by a troubling interaction with aliens who appear to be living within the moon itself. Through an unexpected inheritance, a couple of male scientists travel to the moon via a rocket of their own design. There, they find a lush garden paradise rather than a barren wasteland. They're captured by (semi-nude) telepathic humanoids and taken before the Great Council, where the Moon Goddess decides they should be allowed to continue their experiments. One falls in love, the other seeks to return home.
