Overview

For 50 years, "Outer Man" has been a cultural icon in Japan, a superhero TV series as ingrained in the national psyche as Ultraman. Generations have grown up watching the heroic Outer Man defend Earth from the monstrous Sylvie Seijin. But the line between fiction and reality blurs when a giant alien, identical to Outer Man, descends upon Tokyo.

Godzilla has become a distant memory for Japan when the destruction of a US submarine raises alarms for Admiral Tachibana. Jin is indignant at the fact that Humagears are about to be used as a weapon, and tells the other members of Metsuboujinrai.net that he wants to free the "Solds". Four people who transform into Kamen Riders will fight to release the "Solds". However, something unexpected happened... What happened to Jin, while he was captured by Leon? According to Leon's plan, the being that poses the "greatest threat" to humankind is about to be born in a surprising way...

It sounds like a good idea, but could they have some other plan up their sleeves?

By present time, power struggles in ZECT have caused a new group, known as Neo-ZECT, to be created. Souji Tendou, a man weilding the Kabuto Zector, decides to sell his power to either ZECT or Neo-Zect for unkown reasons.

Four years after an alternate ending to the series, in which Blade seals the Joker, the characters have moved on with their lives: Kenzaki is a garbage man, Mutsuki has graduated high school, and Kotarō has published a book about the Kamen Riders to great success. The Undead have been re-released, and a new trio of Kamen Riders—Glaive, Larc and Lance—have emerged from BOARD, now led by Tachibana. After recapturing two of the Category Aces, Kenzaki and Mutsuki join with the new Riders. When all the Undead are sealed once more, Glaive reveals himself to be the Albino Joker, a white version of the original Joker, and captures Kotarō's niece to obtain the ultimate power, sealing her in the Vanity Card. In order to free Amane from the card, Hajime is unsealed from the Joker Card and the four Riders are again united, intent on saving Amane and stopping the Albino Joker.
