Overview

Zeki is a poor young man who struggles to care for his sick mother. He works constantly to buy his mother's medicine. His gambling-addicted and alcoholic brother, however, does not help him at all. His brother spends the money Zeki earned by selling his grocery store with his friends. Meanwhile, a wealthy family buys the mansion in their neighborhood. The father of the new family thinks that his daughter Leyla, who does not talk to anyone, is ill. He does everything he can to make Leyla happy. Upon learning of this situation, Zeki's brother and friends devise a plan to take the family's money. According to the plan, they decide to marry Zeki to Leyla. Zeki, who acts like a wealthy businessman, and Leyla grow close quickly. However, Zeki’s secret—that he fell in love with Leyla while trying to help his mother—will eventually come to light.
