Overview

"Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Kumo Otoko" is an animated OVA based on the gag manga Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend. In the Qin Dynasty, time-traveller Hong Siu-lung has lived in seclusion with his family for twenty years.
