Overview

In the previous story, Yoji and Kei rescued Anna, their adoptive mother. Now, they are once again using the Fastening Machine with Oscar, the bear robot, to solve any problems the town is facing. One day, however, a mysterious hero makes her appearance. And she happens to have the same Fastening Machine as Yoji and Kei. Who is this she? Why did she appear? Just then, a big problem hits this peaceful town! Will these small heroes be able to save the town from a crisis? This is a near-futuristic action anime taken to the next level! Don't miss it!

In a desolate future, one small town has survived because of a large windmill dam that acts as a fan to keep out pollution. The dam's operator, Pig, works tirelessly to keep the sails spinning and protect the town, despite abuse from classmates and an indifferent public. THE CHILDHOOD FRIEND displays the Anemone with care. One day, years after I died, YOU hear noise from the closet. Opened, YOU see MY garden right in front of YOU. Overflowing emotions of ME and YOU. When exiting from the room with memories, a picture of the Anemone that YOU painted is displayed in YOUR new room.

The neighbor buys a larger harmonica, and an arms race ensues; the instruments get larger, until it's a piano vs. a pipe organ, and then they start bringing in larger groups of friends until an entire orchestra is playing the 1812 Overture. The houses collapse from all this, atop the dueling orchestras, and on their way up to heaven, the man puts his small harmonica up for sale.

Rockets thrown to the ground and bombs exploding, a car falling off a cliff, a driver driving a man on the street or a policeman firing a gun at an opponent - images of this type of catastrophic behavior are intertwined with the recurring image of a man running somewhere.
