Overview

Two feuding neighbouring families are brought together to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Vishnupratap Singh (Vikram Gokhale) and his wife (Farida Jalal), much to the dislike of Rudra Pratap (Sharad Kapoor). During this get together Abhayendra Singh (Fardeen Khan) falls in love with Mangala Solanki (Richa Pallod). Abhayendra comes to know of the background of the two families' feud, and makes attempts to reconcile the two families - with disastrous results.

Ravi Verma is an efficient and sincere C.B.I officer, He always stands against all anti-social elements who are trying to destruct the peace and prosperity of our nation. Rudra and Mazdittia are rival Mafia Dons. Kali Shankar, a Mazdittia look–alike, kills Ravi Verma’s son Bunty, but Kali goes in coma stage, when Ravi Verma shoots him. DSP asks Ravi Verma to disguise as Kali and enter the Mafia gang to find out their whereabouts. Ravi Verma as Kali eliminates Rudra, But when Ravi Verma is on a US mission, Kali awake from coma and enters Ravi Verma’s house and tries to molest Ravi Verma’s sister and wife, but fails. In the Climax, Ravi Verma rushes back from US. Kali and Mazdittia captures him for the secret file, but Ravi Verma eliminates everyone saving himself, his family and of course, the Nation.

As far as he can remember Harinarain Singh alias Hariya has no knowledge of his birth, parents nor of a family home. During a skirmish with some of Thakur Balram Singh's hoodlums, he lies unconscious at the entrance of a temple with the Poojary in attendance, and an elderly unhinged woman praying to God for his sake. When he wakes, the Poojary tells him that the woman, known as "Pagli" (madwoman) is his very own mother, his father was a farmer, Ram Singh, who died of shock when his land was taken away by Balram and his men. Shortly thereafter Pagli passes away, and Hariya swears to take back his land from Balram. A wily Balram transfer this land in his nephew, Balraj's name, who is known to be a close friend of Hariya's with hopes of creating a misunderstanding between the two friends. When Balraj returns home he accepts this land from his uncle and decides to oppose Hariya with all his might, especially when he finds out that the love of his life, Sharda, is living with Hariya.
