Finally, the car is owned by American widow Gerda, who joins the Yugoslavian resistance against the invading Nazis.

At the beginning of 1991, Yugoslav army did not acknowledge Croatian's independence, and still holding few military barracks in Croatia. Gajski travels to an island to get his son out of the army. Locals have besieged the barracks and organized a festival to try with singing and recitals to get major Aleksa and his soldiers to surrender, but Aleksa has explosives thru the barracks and wants to blow up the island.

She hitchikes and Gavran almost runs her over. She is unhurt, but she blackmails him to take her to Dubrovnik. Two people from different worlds, equally removed from the real one. For him she is the first woman he can talk to; for her he is just another idiot to add to the long list of them that she has so far compiled. But the pressure of danger and the intimations of war force them together. The world about them has become so absurd that they seem to each other the only sober people left.

Bread and Circuses

Family Novak from a small town Velenje is drawn by lot to participate in a TV family quiz. The mother and the daughter are thrilled about appearing on TV, whereas the father and the son do not like the idea that much, especially because the show will take place during the carnival. On their way to the TV show the family gets into a misunderstanding with the police, at the TV station they get confused by a group of dressed up cocks, and things get truly interesting when the family gets to know the quiz moderator Jos Bauer better. Everything about the TV station seems quite different from up close and the family members' values are turned upside down.

Blue Train

While his best friend, convinces him that the organization of the miss elections is the best way to win Anica's heart. Milena has crush in Vojislav, and she want to spoil his plan. After the death of professor of Marxism, in the school comes a new, very young and ambitious professor Božičković, a former pupil of the school. His charm and informal dress manages to win the sympathy of students, especially girls. Professor Božičković like Anica, and he shows that in front of the class. Anica and Vojislav do not appritiate that.
