When a Midwest town learns that a corrupt railroad baron has captured the deeds to their homesteads without their knowledge, a group of young ranchers join forces to take back what is rightfully theirs. Happy escapes and he and the Sheriff then set out to prove who the real rustlers are.

Fidencio would take the wheel and gets the eternal friendship of the Chief apache.
