Overview

Hiroya Munakata is the leader of the yakuza group Munakata-gumi. After 10 years since the big fight, Hiroya Munakata's non blood-related younger brother Takashi is released from prison, but Takashi’s daughter, Hyuga says she does not want to meet her father and runs away from home. Hiroya, Takashi and Hiroya’s subordinate Shinya go to Zeni Island where Hyuga is headed to. Something they never expected is waiting for them.

Two New York cops get involved in a gang war between members of the Yakuza, the Japanese Mafia. They arrest one of their killers and are ordered to escort him back to Japan. However, in Japan he manages to escape, and as they try to track him down, they get deeper and deeper into the Japanese Mafia scene and they have to learn that they can only win by playing the game—the Japanese way.

By the series’ end, all characters are vampires, crossdressers, or insane. The finale shows Clarissa being eaten by Penelope and Brigitte, Dr. Robert impersonating Clarissa, and Michaela dying from choking on a cheeseburger.
