Overview

Nadan is the story of a popular drama troupe owned by Devadas Sargavedi (Jayaram), which was previously possessed by his father and grandfather in the past, and speaks about the problems faced by the owner and his survival. Pappu is a person who takes a relentless stand for justice right from his early years. His protests against his teacher who discriminates between the landlord's son and other children brings him the wrath of the landlord and he's forced to leave home. He leads a hard life fighting to uphold his ideals. He ends up being a rickshaw puller and at this time finds a child from the gutter and takes care of her. Things do not go as Pappu expected as the child grows older.

During the course of the show, Castella soon remembers that he once hired and then promptly fired the actress as an English language tutor. He immediately goes out and signs up for language lessons. Thinking that he is nothing but an ill-tempered philistine with bad taste, Clara rejects him until Castella charms her off her feet.
