Overview

In the hospital, Ambar constantly feels the presence of Ivanna, a headless female ghost who massacred people in the nursing home five years ago. Until then, a nurse dies without a head, convincing Ambar that Ivanna has truly risen and is targeting the heads of people in the hospital, although she does not yet know the cause. Ambar, Rina, Dika, Yudi, Priyo and the others must try to find a way to save themselves and stop Ivanna's increasingly horrific terror.
