Overview

A very fun film dealing with the overweight comedian Capulina in yet another one of his many similar type of films. This particular film deals with Capulina trying to escape from Dracula, the Wolfman, the Mummy, and Frankenstein's Monster. A mad scientist is trying to conquer the world using the legendary monsters, but he will need the fear of the people to give them strength, and only one person is capable of giving him enough power: Capulina.

The plot concerns a yeti who makes a pact with the devil to kidnap the most beautiful girl in the world. This turns out to be the Princess Lissi, who is clearly the Austrian Princess and later Empress Elisabeth of Bavaria, and much of the film is taken up with subplots related to the court and to the romantic relationship between Elisabeth and her husband. The film is thus a comic parody of the Sissi films.

In spite of the size of the crate, the radio turns out to be regular tabletop size. Further installation requires punching a big hole in the roof. On the refusal of the Governor to sign a bill in favor of the liquor interest, the political boss tries to force the executive to his will. The Governor, after a series of thrilling experiences, thwarts the efforts of the politicians. The latter calls on Lady Baffles, who impersonates the Governor's wife and secures the executive's signature to the bill.
