Overview

A curious young mermaid defies her mother and ventures to the surface, only to discover the danger that lies above after a violent encounter with a conquistador. The BlackStar Philadelphia Filmmaker Lab is presented with support from Independence Public Media Foundation, William Penn Foundation, and Wyncote Foundation.
