The leader, Verrocchio, is confident in the gay theory, but refutes it himself. Young Machiavelli is repulsed by his ideas. Melzi, a passionate believer in science, is worried about the relationship between the two. There was also Sarai, who advocated the Basho gay theory, and Borgia, who tried to verify it from Freud's theory...

Toshio, who did not know that Kenzo was following him, arrived at a hatten area deep in the mountains. There are men who enjoy free love, and the old man is at the mercy of all kinds of activities. The next morning, Toshio decides to die. Will Kenzo make it in time??

This disturbs Robert so much that he visits a prostitute, and is able to engage in sex with her. Marie discovers the infidelity, and the prostitute has a surprise of her own. Angst was screened at the 2003 Berlin Film Festival.
