You'll see the architectural jewel of the city, the Sydney Opera House as well as Australia's gorgeous coastline and pristine beaches. You'll visit charming cities such as Adelaide and quaint towns such as Kalgoorlie, site of the 1892 Gold Rush. As you travel aboard the Indian Pacific you'll see kangaroos and koalas and the beautiful Blue Mountains covered by eucalyptus trees. Like the forthcoming movie, Pride, it documents the interactions between lesbians and gay men and the miners and their families in Dulais in South Wales - only this time it's the real thing. As well as some memorable footage that includes the Blaenant Lodge banner leading the 1985 Lesbian and Gay Pride march and LGSM members struggling with bingo at the local community hall, the film documents the wider political impact of this seemingly unlikely alliance. A farrier who lived in the adjoining cottage tended to all the Park and Dare pit ponies. Tom Jones was known world-wide as the “Wonder Shepherd” for his remarkable skills as an animal trainer which, together with his concern for his flock, are recorded here.
