Overview

Thousands of dollars in debt, Kyle Baxter receives a survey in the mail asking for his input on a series of questionnaires in exchange for a couple hundred dollars. Looking to better his situation, he agrees, but soon finds out that he signed up for more than he anticipated.

James Brown III, also known as Secret Agent 00 Soul, is an elite international operative who finally tells off the government and fulfills his longtime dream of opening a detective agency in his hold neighborhood.
